- Pick Your Perfect Time: Find a class that fits your schedule. We offer classes mornings and evening to accommodate busy lifestyles.
- Click "Join Class": Once you've chosen your ideal class, simply click the bright "Join Class" button next to its listing below.

Join Early & Prepare Your Space: We recommend joining the class 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows you to:
- Align Your Camera Angle: Adjust your camera position so the Teacher can see your entire body for proper form guidance.
- Do a Sound Check: Ensure your microphone and speakers are working correctly for clear communication.
- Settle Your Breath: Take a few quiet moments to center yourself and prepare mentally for your practice.
