Pranayama is the preparation for the Antharanga sadhana ( for Pratyahara, Dharana & Dhyana) from both the traditions of Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga and is valuable for beginners as well as advanced students.  

Program is based on the Principle

Svādhyāya

Objective

To improve one's personal practice, quality of life and growth in teaching

Who can join

1. Someone Practicing yoga minimum of 8 months to 1 Year (Regular Practitioners ), TTC Students with NO major health conditions.
2. Commitment for three months to practice your learnings from the workshop.
