Looking to deepen your yoga practice and improve your flexibility? Our new Yoga with Props class is perfect for you! This class is designed for students of all levels, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

What is Yoga with Props?

In this practice, we use props like yoga blocks, straps, chairs, walls, and bolsters to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally. This approach allows you to explore poses safely and comfortably, ultimately working towards greater independence. This practice has roots in ancient yoga texts, where the use of support (Sopashraya) is mentioned.

  • Eligibility: Everyone is welcome!
  • Requirements: Please bring your own yoga mat, two yoga blocks, and one yoga strap.
